Course pace: Walk a mile a day at least five days a week. You choose which five days of seven on which to walk. Dates in Modules set the pace for the course.
Participation policy: Participate by walking five days each and every week and logging those walks using Strava. There will also be assignments and quizzes in Canvas during the term.

Required equipment: Android or iOS smartphone with GPS capabilities.
