Coming Soon to a Network Near You! Wondering what else we're working on? Here's a run down of some projects currently being worked on. COM-FSM Web Pages Work on the web site is continuing. Projects like:Webmail and student email accounts are completed. Anyone wanting to have a comfsm e-mail account can sign up by going to the student page. Most division pages are being submitted and posted. There are two divisions left to submit their pages. Yap and Pohnpei state campuses have also sumbmitted their pages. And they are being posted as well.(Thanks heaps) We still need the other two state campuses to submit their pages. English Computer Lab We've just recently had the English computer lab turnover over the Spring semester break. Thirty five new computers are being set up. We have adopted a new computer laboratory setup, thin client, to accomodate faster system activities.Chuuk Campus Recently been connected to our Wide Area Network. We have also just provided the faculty at Chuuk campus comfsm e-mail accounts.Kosrae & Pohnpei Campus Plans call for network expansion at these campuses. |
