Reasons Why I Want To Be In The Future

There are several reasons I want to be in the future. Lets say 1,000 years from now. These reasons are based on the limited knowledge, which I have regarding the’ biblical prophecies in the Bible, especially the Old Testament and the Book of Revelations. Revelations 20:4 says ...... and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years” after the millennium. I thought that was an interesting concept and therefore I have chosen the following four reasons Why I want to live a thousand years from now. I do believe these reasons do not have any disadvantages to them, only advantages. The first reason I want to live a thousand years from now is to be with Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. My parents are very religious and I was raised with a glorified concept of who Jesus Christ was. Everything good comes from him. It will be bliss to live with him--to be in his presence. The second reason comes from the first. Living in the presence of the Savior means no more pain, sickness, worries, burdens and other worrisome senses and emotions. In other words, only happiness will be experienced by us. We will be with our loved ones—living in eternal bliss. The third reason is the absence of wars or rumors of wars. When I read about histories of other places, and even the history of this small island of Pohnpei I read about people being killed in wars, fights and other confrontations. I do not like that. It will be so nice to live with other people in harmony where love for all reigns. Political disharmonies or otherwise between countries or individuals will no longer exist. The fourth and the last reason is there will not be any technology. We know technology in its various forms cause pollution, stress, and times away from family. We will depend solely on natural things like fruits of the land, fish of the sea and fowls of the air. People will eat right. Food will be plentiful and all people will have enough for themselves and their families. In conclusion, all the above reasons are reasons enough for anyone to live during that period. The determining reason is the first reason, which is when we all live with our Savior and friend, Jesus Christ. It is a period, which we all should look forward to. It is very advantageous and it provides complete happiness. What else should I wish for? It is the only one that explains why I want to be in that period of time.
