THE RAIN

The rain pours gently and calmly
Making everyone so quiet and sleepy
You never can tell when it will stop
But all we have to do is wait until the last tip of raindrops
As it continues to rain more and more
Everywhere starts to get dark and you start to hear the 
sound of snore
All tucked in their beds with their eyes close
And listening to sound of The Rain as it gets cold 
Even animals are hiding away from The Rain
Just waiting patiently and trying not to get drain
Away into the Rivers
But the longer they waited their body starts to shiver
Then finally The Rain decides to stop for a while 
It starts to get brighter and leaving everyone with a smile
Small insects flying in the air
Checking and making sure that everything is clear
And at last you could hear the people say
That surly The Rain has gone away!

Fast Days

Man these days are going by really fast
It's just like a bullet through a glass
I mean here I am registering for college
Next thing you know I got my grade point average
Classes are faster that I thought
Instructors are doing a great job of not being a fraud
Some of my classes I have seen my grade
Some are good, some are bad, and some I want to trade
But I guess that's how college life is going to be
Just like a honey to a bee.
When all this is over and everything is well
I'll be glad I didn't tell.
People the thins I did in order to get a good grade
In my classes that seem so straight!
