Course pace: Walk a mile a day at least five days a week. Daily weekday participation is expected. Submit documentation of these five walks once a week. You can walk farther or even run if you are fit and desire to do so. The mile a day for at least five days is a minimum effort. Material to be watched or read is listed above on the day one which the material is to be watched or read. The calendar sets the pace for the course.
Submissions policy: Documentation will be weekly posts into a closed Facebook group.
Participation policy: Participate every weekday by walking and logging those walks using a fitness app that includes tracking capabilities. There will also be assignments and quizzes during the term. These will be posted in Schoology.

Instructor uses the following free apps to track mileage and routes. If available to you, you can use them too. Free version is sufficient for class. Strava. Instructor's choice and highly recommended but might not be available for your device/location. Nike Run Club.
