Services:

All services rendered by the Media and Instructional Technology Center shall subject to the following Service Procedures. All service and equipment requests shall be handled by the Assistant Bookkeeper. Bookings shall be secured 24 hours prior to usage. Delivery is available for Academic users when requested 24 hours in advance. Non-Academic/College Related and Non-College Related users shall present themselves in person to collect and return requested materials and equipment.

Service Rates

Most services offered by the MITC are subject to certain rates for the services and materials used. All Academic use of MITC services and materials are free of charge. Charges for Non-Academic/College Related users' use of MITC services and materials may be waived through prior approval of the MITC Coordinator and or the Director of the Learning Resources Center, the Vice President of Instructional Affairs and or the President of the College of Micronesia - FSM. Non-College Related users shall pay for depletion of MITC supplies. Examples of such supplies are like but not limited to videotapes, audiotapes, papers, etc. All payment shall be made to the College Business Office.

• 16mm film projectors --- $10 per day

• 35mm Slide projectors --- $3 per day

• Overhead projectors --- $3 per day

• LCD Multimedia projector --- $30 per day

• LCD Panel --- $10 per day

• LCD Video Projector --- $25 per day

• Instructional Videotapes --- $1 per 24hrs

• College Production Videotapes -- $1 per 48hrs

• Assorted College events/activities Videotapes -- $1 per 96 hrs

• ID photographs --- $3 per 4 photos

• ID lamination --- $1

• Video Productions --- depends on materials used and service rendered (negotiable)

• Audio Productions --- depends on materials used and service rendered (negotiable)
